Well, it’s finally here…December!  And that means only 24 more sleeps til Santa arrives!

BLEACHING TUTORIAL

**Heat emboss a line art image in black embossing powder
Take your Aquapainter dedicated to bleach
and color within the lines of the embossing to
bleach out the image.
** The darker the card stock the more dramatic the effect.
Watch as the bleach removes color leaving a beautiful faded image.

November 2011 Technique Class

Wow, we learned some awesome techniques this month.

First up is a fabulous fall card using a technique called Jacobs Coat.   It makes such a striking card! Lots of ink and versamark and heat embossing went into this card.

Our second card used the Simply Scored for the Background...the possibilities are limitless!  It also showed us that our mat for our focal image does not always have to be bigger- note that the bottom of the focal image has no mat!

And our third card was so fun to make.  It is a two panel card that sits in a freestanding box for display, yet lays flat for mailing.   This picture does not do it justice with all the awesome glitter.

If you would like to learn the techniques to making AWESOME cards like this, sign up for Cardmaking Technique Class today!

November 2011 Christmas Card Class

This first card used the stamp set Contemp Christmas and Word Play.....and features a unique fold.

The second card was a punch art card using the Blossom Punch and the Stocking Punch.

Our third card used the stamp set Holiday Lineup and Perfect Punches

Our fourth card featured the Stitched Stockings stamp set, the stocking punch and the Petite Pairs stamp set.

And last but not least this cute card was made with Greeting Card Kids stamp set and retired Christmas Punch stamp set.
