Masking Technique. . . Awesomely Artistic

We made this card in my September Coffee and Cards class.

Thick Whisper White card stock 8.5 x 5.5
Window Sheet ( to create mask)
Square Punch
Perfect Plum Ink
Elegant Eggplant Ink
Awesomely Artistic stamp set
Sponges
Wink of Stella pen
Masking Tape

Method:
1.  Make a mask by cutting a piece of window sheet the same size as your card.  Punch three evenly spaced squares in the window sheet using the square punch.

3.  Using Perfect Plum ink and sponge apply color through the windows until you are satisfied with the results.
4.  Ink up dragonfly image in Elegant Eggplant and stamp through the window.  Be careful not to get halo around your image....you can see on my card I did get a halo on one....grrrr
5.  Remove the mask.
6.  Stamp greeting with Elegant Eggplant ink
7.  Fold your card
8.  Apply wink of stella clear to the wings to add some glittery sparkle.

Richard' s Hockey Game. . . .growing up fast!

Go Seals Go!   I went to my grandson, Richard's hockey game yesterday afternoon, out at Varsity View Sports Plex in the far west end of the city. It was a great game and the kids had a lot of fun.  Here are some pics:

Richard is #10 and plays center.
Good sports shaking hands after the game:
And here come the tired team- long day after an early morning practice in Isle Des Chenes and then a late afternoon game in Charleswood.  Here are some pics of my boy:

Not too impressed looking until Nan said something silly and then I got this reaction:

A big handsome grin with a mouthful of teeth protector.

3D Flower Card. . .

Here is another quick and easy 3D card I made using punch out decoupage images.

I really love this one.....and here is the top view showing the dimension:
