Giggle Greetings

A quick and cute Stampin Up card using the Giggle Greetings stamp set.

For the mat I punched a bunch of assorted size holes to make it look like swiss chees and inked the edges with Soft Suede ink for definition.

The image was stamped in Memento Black ink and colored with  a combination of blendabilities, white gel pen and Project Life black marker.

Quick and cute and guaranteed to put a smile on the face of the receiver.

Watercolor Wings Bundle and Butterfly Basics Bundle....Did You Know?

Watercolor Wings Bundle was at the top of my "I GOTTA HAVE IT" list when I saw the new catalog. (page 75).   I am a HUGE fan of bundles and saving 15% but also any stamp set that has a co-ordinating framelit or punch is a hit with me!  

This set is in Photopolymer (the clear see-thru stamps) so you can line up the butterfly wings perfectly every time. And as an added bonus this stamp can be used as a single stamp, a two step stamp or a three step stamp!  The different looks you can get are incredible and the butterfly is so lifelike.

 I already owned the Butterfly Basics Bundle in Photopolymer ( page 124) ( this is such a GORGEOUS and versatile set!) and now with this new bundle....are you ready for this.....the co-ordinate!  - They are designed to work together!!!!  How exciting is that!

 

One die is the solid shadow and one die is the intricate detail and they fit together perfectly!   Oh the possibilities!!!!

Hello Life Card and Cutie Pie Thinlet Dies Video

This is truly a "Me" card.  I love to think outside of the box....recycle weird things into something new....so recycling a paint chip sample card into a greeting card was right up my alley.

I trimmed down the paint chip to remove the lettering.  I punched black flowers with the Petite Petals punch and added a white pearl centers.  I matted it on black cardstock that I used the Scallop Edge border punch to fancy it up.  

The crumb cake card base was stamped all over with the Gorgeous Grunge image using crumb cake ink pad.  Then I stamped the greeting with Black Stazon ink from the Hello Life stamp set.

2015-2016 CATALOG CORRECTIONS

Hi Girls!  I just have a quick post about corrections to the printed catalog:

Page 56- Stamp a Bag- in some catalogs the image for the dots is incorrect....the image should show solid dots 

Page 110- Tin of Cards.....in some catalogs the price on the stamp set at the top of the page is incorrect....it should be the same price as it is at the bottom of the page $21.00


Page 142- Bohemian Cardstock- in the description some catalogs list Sahara Sand instead of Delightful Dijon.....Delightful Dijon is correct:

 Page 149- New Whisper White Thick Cardstock is listed as 100 lb weight in the catalog, which is correct.  However some of the product packaging lists the weight as 80lbs....it should read 100 lb.


Page 155-Watercolor Wishes Card Kit is not available until July.

Now here is a quick and cute card I made using the now retired Fabulous Florets stamp set.  I stamped and masked the images and then colored them....easy and eye catching!
