Featured Stamper- Pamela and May Paper Pumpkin -Exploring In Color...

Today I have a treat for you!

Pam has shared some beautiful alternative cards she made using the May 2023 Paper Pumpkin kit called Exploring In Color.

Check out her gorgeous cards:

I love the embossed window panel....so simple but adds such depth and dimension.
Here she used the Online Exclusive die set called Radiating stitches to create a frame for her "painting"!
Here she used the Grove dies to create her scene!

Once again the radiating stitches dies with dimensional under the center panel for added dimension.

 And again the grove dies!

Thanks so much for sharing Pam!  I am sure that there is some CASING going to happen with these beautiful cards!

Enamel Effects Technique featuring Little Dreamers Bundle

Looking for a new technique to try? I’ve got you covered!

Grab some Enamel Effects Basics, and the adorable Little Dreamers Bundle and see how easy it is to create this project, using these fun products!

For this card, the stars were stamped in Azure Afternoon ink on Azure Afternoon Cardstock for the card base.

Next, a shaker window was created with die-cut Basic White Cardstock, Window Sheet, and Foam Adhesive Strips.

Next, to create the shaker bits, smear a bit of Gold Enamel Effects Basics on Basic White Cardstock with a Palette Knife, let it dry, and then die-cut dozens of tiny stars.

Next, Attach the shaker to the card front.

Next, stamp and die-cut the squirrel and the shooting star image.

Next, color the squirrel and net with Pecan Pie and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends.

Next, color the star with Enamel Effects Basics and use a Water Painter dipped in Enamel Effects Basics to lightly color the tail of the shooting star.

Next, Attach the squirrel and shooting star to the card front.

Don't you just love how this card turned out! With all the gold stars it needs no further embellishment!

Sipping Lemonade on a Sunny Day......Weekend Challenge......

I apologize....I am a day late posting my weekend challenge cards.

Let's just say that yesterday.....was a day!  On Friday I put out my final Weekend Challenge....and it was a hard one.....here is the challenge:
Carole took on the challenge again....and said she "had to go to the archives" to find all the pieces of this crafty puzzle.  Here is her card:

 What I love:

1.  First and foremost Carole's determination each and every week to complete the challenge.

2.  This card is amazing....I love how she chose a big heart and die-cut it sideways....adds so much interest!

3.  The DSP creates a perfect backdrop and a "road" for her car

4.  It makes me wish I was sitting in an Adirondack chair sipping lemonade and eating apples on a sunny day...........oh wait...........I will be when I am on vacation next week- ha ha!

Seriously great take on this difficult challenge Carole- well done!

Note that this is the last weekend challenge....we are taking a break for the summer and weekend challenges will return the first of September.
