Shel’s Stampin’ News June 2012
I hope everyone is enjoying some of the super spring weather we have been having. Boy, it sure is nice to get those windows open and the spring breezes floating in the windows. I LOVE spring!
And of course with the warmer weather there is all kinds of yard work and renovations to be done. We are looking at removing the stucco from our house and installing vinyl siding and removing our raised brick flower beds this year….yes we are going to be busy!!
On a personal note, I wanted to share with you an adorable photo of my granddaughter Brielle at her first birthday party. The internet company where they bought her dress has asked if they could use her photos on their website for the dress ad. Imagine being a model at one year old….good thing this little angel has her Mother’s good looks!!
Ok, on to Stamping and Scrapping News:

10. MONTHLY SKETCH CHALLENGE: Last month I tried something new with a sketch challenge for my scrappers and my card maker’s. I provided a sketch as inspiration for you to create. Sadly, I only had one participant in last month’s challenge, but she did an amazing job! Go to my blog at www.shelscreativecorner.blogspot.com to see her card and scrapbook pages.
Now Carole is on a mission to get more of you to participate- she has been asking everyone she sees in classes to participate in the sketch challenge…. so once again this month I am attaching a couple of sketches for inspiration. Use them as a guide to create your layout and /or card, and share them with me.
