This is a card I made for my brother Jeff for his birthday on December 31.
He LOVES horses, and has owned them for most of his life.
I set out to make him a special card and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Unfortunately you cannot see the gold shimmer in the sponged background in the picture.
The background was sponged with neutral inks and then some gold glitter paste sponged in small areas. The horse image was colored with watercolor pencils and a water brush.
