Honeycomb Happiness Watercoloring and Bokeh Technique. . .

This is the second card we made in my monthly Techniques card class.  

It features the fabulous Honeycomb Happiness Stamp Set from the Sale-A-Bration flyer.  

The background was watercolored with a wash of crumb cake and melon mambo ink. 

Once dry the Bokeh Technique was done by applying white craft ink with sponge daubers.  

The strip with holes in it was created using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlet dies. 

A few sequins  and some bakers twine add the finishing touches!
