Doesn't this card just make you happy to look at it? I love how this one turned out with all the vibrant happy colors.
The technique is called highlighted dry embossing and features the large polka dot embossing folder....you could also substitute the Polka Dot Basics folder found on page 210 of the annual catalog.
I used Wild Wasabi, So Saffron, Peekaboo Peach, Powder Pink, and Flirty Flamingo inks along with Memento Black ink.
You might be wondering where I got the scallop border for the greeting....that is actually the bottom side of the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch! YEP it is actually two border punches in one! a two-fer! LOL!
