Today's card features yet another free Sale-A-Bration product; the Day To Celebrate stamp set.

Now, to be honest, when I first saw this set I was not wowed. But let me tell you....I was wrong.
Now that I have had a chance to create with this, I have created some great cards! I thought I would be limited with only four images, but think outside the box with this set.
The party hat can also be a megaphone, or a traffic cone, and the pom pom can become a border....just think outside the box.

Supplies:
Day To Celebrate stamp set (SAB freebie)
Serene Love DSP (Online Exclusive)
Layering Circle Dies (retired)
Basic White card stock
Night of Navy card stock
Daffodil Delight card stock
Real Red ink pad
Night of Navy Ink pad
Daffodil Delight ink pad
Real Red Ribbon
Measurements:
Card Base: Basic White: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 score 4 1/4
Mat Layer: Night of Navy: 3 3/4 x 5
DSP Layer: 2 x 3 3/4
Scalloped Circle: Daffodil Delight: 3 1/4x 3 1/4
Focal Circle: Basic White: 2 3/4 x 2 3/4
Greeting Circle: Basic White: 1 1/2 x 1 1 /2
Tag Mat: Night of Navy: 1 3/4 x 5/8
Tag: Basic White: 1 1/2 x 3/8
Instructions:
1. Fold the Basic White card base on the score line and burnish it flat using a bone folder.
2. Add Night of Navy mat layer to the front of the card.
3. Add ribbon to the DSP layer.
4. Add DSP to the front of the card.
5. Die cut the three circles using Layering Circles dies.
6. Stamp the 3 hats, 3 pom poms, greeting and tag.
7. Fussy cut the hats then add to the white circle.
8. Layering tag greeting onto Night of Navy mat.
9. Glue circles together and add to card front.
10. Add greetings to card front.
11. If desired embellish with dots....I liked it plain.
