Superpower and a treat.....


  Today is another recipe share!  This is delicious and I have this several times a week!  

Shel's Guilt Free Yummy Fruit Smoothie 


1/2 cup fruit - fresh or frozen
1 single serve container of 40 calorie or less yogurt
1 single serve yogurt container of water
7 ice cubes
1 to 2 pkg splenda to suit your taste
blend and enjoy guilt free drink!  

I have even added my 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to it and drink my breakfast. 
This is really easy to make and really refreshing when I get back from my morning walk.
