I stamped a leaf image on the vanilla card stock with Cajun Craze ink.  Then I immediately water colored the image using an aqua painter. Then I stamped the next leaf and continued in this manner until I was happy with the outcome.

This technique is supposed to give you a faded, distorted, watery looking image.  If you are looking for perfection and clarity, this technique is not for you!

I dried the panel with my heat tool

Next I used embossing buddy and then stamped greeting with Versamark ink and heat embossed it using black embossing powder.

Tip:  look closely at my greeting and you will see a little smudge under happy- I did not get all the embossing powder completely melted and when I touched it it smudged.....be careful to make sure all your embossing is super shiny and melted.....don't do what I did!

Next I stamped the leaf image on copper foil paper using Stazon ink and allowed to dry. Then I cut it out using the coordinating framelit dies.

Next I assembled my card and used the rope trim for accent as I wanted this for a man.....so I thought the rope trim would work.

Finally I grabbed my Wink of Stella gold and added veins and highlights to the leaves.  (sorry very hard to photograph)
