CASE Sunday ...Otterly Cute!

So ... I was surfing around the internet yesterday and I came across a super cute card that made me smile.  

Then I thought, wait a minute...I have an otter stamp...I can “Stampin’ Up CASE” this card!

Now I changed mine up a bit ...instead of masking I chose to stamp my otters, colour them and then fussy cut them and pop them up on mini dimensionals.  

And seein' as we were going with a heart theme... I couldn’t resist using the heart banner from the Meant To Be bundle!
