Window cards are a quick and easy way to add interest to a card.
How You Can Make It:
Supplies:
Encircled In Nature Bundle
Basic White card stock
Pecan Pie card stock
Early Espresso ink pad
Mossy Meadow ink pad
Black and White gingham ribbon
Pecan Pie stampin blend marker
Textured Timber stamp set
Measurements:
Card Base: Pecan Pie: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 score 4 1/4
Card Liner: Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4
Tag: Basic White: scrap
Tag Mat: Pecan Pie: scrap
Instructions:
- Using Early Espresso ink stamp the wood image all over the front of the card.
- Use the die from the Encircled In Nature bundle, and cut a window opening in the front of the card. (Keep cutout piece to use for tag mat)
- Add Basic White card liner to the inside of the card.
- Use a pencil to LIGHTLY mark the opening
- Stamp the tree image using pencil marks as a guideline in Mossy Meadow ink
- Close the card front and stamp the greeting
- Stamp greeting, add to mat and attach to card front using dimensional.
- Color ribbon with Pecan Pie Stampin Blend....make knot and add to card front with glue dot.
