The embossed foil technique is an easy way to add texture and sparkle to your cards.

How You Can Make It:
Supplies:
- Beautiful Motif dies
- Beautiful Gallery 6x6 DSP
- Night of Navy card stock
- Basic White card stock
- Copper Foil
- Night of Navy ink pad
- Night of Navy Stampin' Blends
- Linen Thread
- Coppery Gems
Measurements:
Card Base: Night of Navy: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 score 4 1/4
Card Liner: Basic White: 3 3/4 x 5
Mat Layer: DSP; 4 x 5 1/4
Mat Layer: Night of Navy: 2 1/2 x 4 3/4
Focal Image: Copper Foil: 2 1/4 x 4 1/2
Mat Layer: Night of Navy: 2 1/4 x 3/4
Greeting: Basic White: 2 x 1/2
Instructions:
- Color a piece of linen thread with Night of Navy blends and set aside to dry.
- Fold the card base on the score line and press flat using a bone folder.
- Add a Basic White card liner to the inside panel.
- Add the DSP layer to the front of the card.
- Emboss the foil with the die (TIP: put a piece of copy paper on top of your foil to avoid scratch marks from your cutting plates)
- Add the foil to the Night of Navy mat layer and attach it to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Stamp the greeting on the Basic White strip using Night of Navy ink.
- Add the greeting to the Night of Navy mat layer and attach to the card front using Tombow and Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Embellish with Linen Thread bow and coppery gems.
