YES IT IS ANOTHER VELLUM CARD.... I WILL TRY TO STOP IT WITH THE VELLUM.....BUT I AM ADDICTED I TELL YOU! THIS ONE WAS MADE WITH PEAR PIZZAZZ CARD BASE AND RIBBON. EASY PEASY AND SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!
