It features the Bleach Stamping Technique.
You double over paper towels and make an inkpad on a saucer and carefully add some bleach.
Choose a line image stamp and stamp it in the bleach pad and then onto dark cardstock. It will just leave a wet mark but will lighten as it dries. Be very careful not to get this on your clothes and thoroughly wash the stamp immediately after use in bleach.
