A different type of Thanksgiving Card. . .

This colorful card I made for my Mother In Law for Thanksgiving.

I chose a black and white patterned designer series paper and applied color using ink, sponge daubers, and some post it masking tape. The inks I chose were Daffodil Delight, Cucumber Crush and Tempting Turquoise.

Then I stamped the Thankful greeting from the Six Sayings stamp set found on page 51 of the Holiday Catalog.

I stamped  the leaf image from Vintage Leaves stamp set found on page 88 of the annual catalog using Cucumber Crush Ink.  Then I cut out the image using the Big Shot and coordinating framelit die.

Net I applied assorted inks to the leaf and attached it to the front of the card with a dimensional.  Next I applied a THIN layer of crystal effects and let it dry, making a sparkly shiny leaf embellishment
