So I came up with this simple but colorful layout for some winter photos of some grandkids that I have not got printed yet.
I have a TON of scraps and my mission was to get rid of some.....this layout was just the ticket as I could hide the mess behind the photos.
If you would like to join me for Scrapbook Saturday...you will make great layouts like this- three to be exact- LOL and have a nice lunch provided as well.

Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day.....so I have a cute little treat holder to
share with you.
This was a demonstration I did at my Card-maker's Class....I showed the girls how easy it is to make these little gems....and then after the demonstration, they each got one, with a bonus free printed tutorial to take home; so they could make one for their family and friends.
I used the We Must Celebrate stamp set found on page 39 of the Occasions Catalog.
If you place an order for $60 you can get the pdf tutorial for three cards made in the last Card-makers Class, for FREE!
To place an order email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone me at 204-232-7744.

Check out this beautiful dragonfly card. I absolutely love this one! The background is dry embossed with the Petal Pair TIEF found on page 23 of the Occasions Catalog.
The greeting and dot images are all part of the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set found on page 138 of the Annual Catalog. The dragonfly itself was cut out using the coordinating Detailed Dragonfly Thinlets found on page 216.

I am calling this the Highlighted Dry Embossing Technique. I dry embossed the polka-dots with an embossing folder....then I highlighted each polka dot with assorted colored inks and a sponge dauber. This card was for my beautiful daughter-in-law Lianne who just celebrated the big 30.
Now....here is a video featuring two Sale-A-Bration products that are only here for a couple more weeks.....tick tock:
