Measurements:

Card Base: Petal Pink: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 
Card Liner: Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4
Front Mat: Petal Pink: 4 3/4 x 3 3/4
Die Cutting: thick Basic White
Tag: Calypso Coral

Instructions:

1. Die-cut circle using the Everyday Details Dies
2. Stamp the image in brown Stazon towards the left
3. Color images using water painters and ink pads
4. Rub embossing buddy over Calypso Coral scrap.  Stamp Sentiment in Versamark and then cover with white embossing powder.  Heat set then die cut with a coordinating rectangular die. 
5. Add the card mat to the card front using Dimensionals
6. Add the circle to the front of the card with Dimensionals
7. Add a linen thread bow behind the sentiment and add to the card front with dimensional. 
8. Embellish with champagne iridescent dots.
