My Weekend and Creating With Ephemera...

 Happy Monday Stampers!

I hope you had a fabulous weekend and had the chance to get outside and enjoy some of that glorious sunshine.

We went to the trailer Saturday and had a great day puttering around the site and we finished getting things set up for the season.  We had a nice lunch with my son Jesse on the deck.

We returned to the trailer Sunday, raked 8 gigantic bags of leaves, and hauled them to the leaf pile.

I brought fresh bed linens and made the bed.  So now we are all set up and have a clean lot!  yay!

My beautiful twelve-year-old granddaughter Brielle came over for lunch.

After lunch, we sat outside on the deck in the sunshine and made cards using the new ephemera packs and card sets!

We used the following items from page 19 of the 24-25 Annual Catalog:

Sunny SpringsCards & Envelopes #163754
Calming Creek Cards & Envelopes #163753
Saying Something Ephemera Pack #163761
Fully Flowering Ephemera Pack #163762

I also had a stack of leftover card bases, some Basic Rhinestones, ribbon & twine, and a handful of Stampin Write markers.

I cut the card bases in half and used my leftover card bases so that we got two cards (or more) from each card base in the kit.

I love that these cards were quick and easy and that there was NO STAMPING!

We had a lovely afternoon chatting and creating quick and easy cards.

Brielle went home with five cards and envelopes and a big smile.  She asked if I could bring another kit to the trailer for next time she is here.

Paper Pumpkin will be my next kit, with extra card bases and maybe my SCEM so we can add some texture.

I also have the Journal Kits in stock, so I will take that as well.

Here are the cards I made using minimal supplies:
