Lunch Break With Shel...Beautiful Balloons Bundle

Did you ever see a stamp set or bundle and immediately know that you "had to have it?"

That is what happened to me when I saw this Beautiful Balloons bundle.  It immediately was a must-have for me.  If you asked me why, my first response would be versatility and it has coordinating dies.

This bundle is found on page 15 of the new annual catalog.  It is part of the oh-so-correctly-named, Bright and Beautiful Suite Collection!

Believe me, you are going to want this suite!  The Bright & Beautiful 6x6 Designer Series Paper is so bright and stunning!  Paired with the Gold Celebrations 12x12 vellum the possibilities are endless.

Think beyond the obvious birthday....think congratulations... think graduation....thing celebration....think accomplishment....think support....think retirement......As I said, the possibilities are endless for this super versatile suite! (can you tell I love this 😊)

Enough of my excited babble....here is the link to my video tutorial:

Instructions:

  1. Fold the card base on the score line and burnish flat.
  2. Stamp a couple of balloons, and a Happy Birthday greeting on the card liner, and then attach it to the inside of the card.
  3. Using banner stamp and Blueberry Bushel ink stamp two banners at the top of the art panel.
  4. Using the banner stamp and Azure Afternoon ink, stamp two more banners at the top of the art panel.
  5. Stamp and die-cut balloons using Fresh Freesia and Lemon Lime Twist ink, then add a single Dimensional to the center of each balloon but do not remove the backing paper yet.
  6. Dry fit the balloons as you would like them. Now remember your placement.  Remove the balloons.  Ink up the string stamp with Azure Afternoon ink and stamp the string and adhere the first balloon.  Repeat this process until all balloons and strings are complete.
  7. Stamp the greeting at the bottom of the card using a Blueberry Bushel ink pad.
  8. Add stamped layer to Blueberry Bushel mat layer and then attach it to the card front with Tombow.
  9. Color white ribbon with Blueberry Bushel Stampin' Blend and make a bow.  Attach bow and embellish with Iridescent Rhinestones as desired.
