Here is a clean and simple (CAS) card I made during my Lunch Break With Shel video tutorial today:
The idea behind a CAS card is that there is lots of white space. I am going to be honest, this type of card is a challenge for me.

How You Can Make It:
Supplies:
Basic Black card stock
Basic White card stock
Memento Black ink pad
Inked and Tiled Punch Pack
Basic White card stock
Memento Black ink pad
Inked and Tiled Punch Pack
Ringed With Nature Bundle
Night of Flight Stamp
Stampin' Blend markers
Paper Snips
Bone Folder
Adhesives
Measurements:
Card Base: Basic Black 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 score 4 1/4
Card Liner: Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4
Focal Image: Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4
Basic White for stamping 4 x 5 1/4
Basic Black & Basic White scraps for punching
Instructions:
- Fold the Basic Black card base on the score line and burnish it flat using a bone folder.
- Add a Basic White card liner to the inside.
- Add a Basic White focal image panel to the card front.
- Punch out two white and two black crosses
- Use a black marker to add stitching detail to the white crosses.
- Add to the card front with Tombow
- Stamp tree slice, moth, and greeting using Memento Black ink pad
- Cut out the images.
- Color the images as desired
- Add images over the crosses in the bottom right corner of the card
- Add a greeting over the wood slice.
Different but interesting..great card!
