LET ME GIVE YOU A REALLY BIG HINT HERE. As you can seen, the stamp set uses the DECORATIVE LABEL PUNCH Item #120907
That punch has been on backorder for awhile BUT - I have inside information, they are going to start shipping again March 7th - so Get yours ordered - you will need it.
Card Base is Not Quite Navy 4-1/4 x 11, score and fold at 5-1/2
Mat is Always Artichoke 4 x 5-1/4
Top piece of DSP is 1-1/2, x 3-7/8
Bottom piece of DSP is 3-1/2 x 3-7/8
stamp with Not quite Navy on White, punched out with the Decorative Label Punch, used 3 more punch outs in Navy to mat it, then use Stampin Pastels to add a little color to the images.
