For today's card, I chose to use the skinny light bulbs. As you can see I love the jewel-toned colors.

Basic White card stock
Silver foil card stock
Poppy Parade ink pad
Daffodil Delight ink pad
Garden Green ink pad
Silver and White Sheer Ribbon

Measurements:
Card Base: Blueberry Bushel: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
Card Liner: Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4
Mat Layer: Poppy Parade: 3 7/8 x 5 1/8
Tag: Basic White: 3/4 x 2 3/4
Tag Words: Basic White: scrap
Bulbs: Basic White: scrap
DSP Layer: Striped Pattern: 3 3/4 x 5
Wire Layer: Basic White: 1 x 5
Instructions:
- Fold the card base on the score line and burnish it flat with a bone folder
- Add the Basic White card liner to the inside of the card
- Stamp greeting on the tag using Blueberry Bushel ink pad
- Stamp words using Poppy Parade ink pad- fussy cut words
- Stamp and die-cut bulbs
- Stamp the wire for the bulbs on the Basic White Strip then attach the wire to the DSP layer using Tombow. Trim off excess
- Add DSP to the Poppy Parade mat layer, then add to the card front using Dimensionals
- Add the sockets to the bulbs and then attach them to the wire
- Add greetings to card front using Stampin' Dimensionals
- Embellish with bow and rhinestones
