Stamp With Shel Friday - Merry and Bright

 

Today's Merry and Bright card is another bright beauty!  

Sadly we learned that this bundle is on the Last Chance Products list and is only available while supplies last.  So if you want this fabulous bundle...act quickly!

For today's card, I chose to use the skinny light bulbs.  As you can see I love the jewel-toned colors. 

How You Can Make It: 

Supplies: 

Merry and Bright bundle

Poppy Parade card stock

Blueberry Bushel card stock 

Merry Bold and Bright DSP

Basic White card stock

Silver foil card stock

Poppy Parade ink pad

Daffodil Delight ink pad

Garden Green ink pad

Silver and White Sheer Ribbon

SCEM machine

paper snips

Basic Rhinestones

Adhesives

Measurements: 

Card Base: Blueberry Bushel: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2

Card Liner: Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4

Mat Layer: Poppy Parade: 3 7/8 x 5 1/8 

Tag: Basic White: 3/4 x 2 3/4 

Tag Words: Basic White: scrap

Bulbs: Basic White: scrap

DSP Layer: Striped Pattern: 3 3/4 x 5

Wire Layer: Basic White: 1 x 5

Instructions:

1. Fold the card base on the score line and burnish it flat with a bone folder
2. Add the Basic White card liner to the inside of the card
3. Stamp greeting on the tag using Blueberry Bushel ink pad
4. Stamp words using Poppy Parade ink pad- fussy cut words
5. Stamp and die-cut bulbs
6. Stamp the wire for the bulbs on the Basic White Strip then attach the wire to the DSP layer using Tombow. Trim off excess 
7. Add DSP to the Poppy Parade mat layer, then add to the card front using Dimensionals
8. Add the sockets to the bulbs and then attach them to the wire
9. Add greetings to card front using Stampin' Dimensionals
10. Embellish with bow and rhinestones
