Jungle Pals for Technique Tuesday Hop- Brayer Techniques...

 


Hello and welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop! 

This month we are featuring Brayer Techniques!

Here is my card: 


I chose the Jungle Pals stamp Sale-A-Bration freebie set and the coordinating Sale-A-Bration freebie Jungle Pals dies

I chose the Bouncing Brayer technique to create my background. 

Here's How You Can Make It: 

Supplies: 

Jungle Pals bundle
Brayer
Basic Black Card Stock
Basic White Card Stock 
Tahitian Tide ink pad
Memento Black ink pad
Wild Wheat Stampin' Blends
Tahitian Tide Stampin' Blends
Bubble Bath Stampin' Blends
Mini Alphabet Dies
23-25In Color Dots

Measurements:

Card Base:  Basic Black: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 score 4 1/4
Card Liner: Basic White: 3 3/4 x 5
Card Front:  Basic White: 3 3/4 x 5
Tiger:  Basic White: 4 x 2 1/2
Letters:  Basic Black: 3 1/2 x 5 1/2

Instructions:

  1. Fold the card base on the score line and burnish it flat using a bone folder. 
  2. Add a Basic White card liner to the inside panel. 
  3. Die cut letters from Basic Black and set aside. 
  4. Stamp the tiger in Memento Black ink.  Die Cut... then color with Stampin' Blends. 
  5. Take the Front Panel and load your brayer with Tahitian Tide ink.  Make sure you ALWAYS keep one end of your brayer at your center point.  Bounce the brayer up and down around the card stock ALWAYS keeping one end of it at your center point.  Reload ink as necessary. 
  6. Add the front panel to the front of the card base. 
  7. Add tiger with dimensionals
  8. Add letters. 
  9. Embellish with In-Color Dots.
